I think we already did, and that's what Texans complain about. Arizonians 
even more vocally. ;-)

Seriously, about 5% of all Mexican citizens are illegally living in the USA. 
That's some big numbers there. :-)

If there are two POVers in Hobbs I would be completely shocked. Nothing against
Hobbs, but when I think of Hobbs, 'POV hotspot' does not come to mind. Really.
