I'd guess scorpions (and additionally some varieties of whip scorpions 
and wind scorpions).  In most cases the fifth pair of legs are pretty 
obviously arms though, so I'm not sure if it's what you're thinking of.

  It's not what I was thinking of. This order consists (mostly) of species
that look a lot like regular spiders, and a lot like they have 10 legs
(the fifth pair of "legs" looking a lot like the others and even performing
similar functions).
