OK, at this point I am seriously not happy.
All month I've been receiving a deluge of emails frantically urging me
to buy one of these exciting products that are half price FOR THIS MONTH
ONLY!
Except that I have now tried 8 seperate times to purchase the product I
want, and the website point-blank *refuses* to accept my order. What the
hell is the point of advertising something that you can't actually buy?!
As if that wasn't bad enough, I contacted the Order Support Team over a
week ago, and they still haven't bothered to reply to me. And today I
tried to phone them, and their number apparently doesn't exist. Customer
service? WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE?!?
Remind me, I'm trying to give these useless people my money, WHY...?

because you're foolishly trying to buy something from a company that costs
enough that the sale is important, but not so much that you actually want a
company that'll stand behind it when you get the wrong product or it doesn't
work?

C# - a language whose greatest drawback
is that it's best implementation comes
from a company that doesn't hate Microsoft.

*sigh*
NI may make award-winning products, but they have hopeless customer
service. :-(
Needless to say, this is the first time I've tried to buy from their
website. Usually I buy from, you know, a physical shop. One that might
actually deliver some aftersales support...
(Unfortunately, there are no longer any shops in this part of the
country that sell the product I want.)

Useful to store all your contacts in that format, in case you ever travel
abroad...

Weird thing: If you pay using PayPal, it works perfectly, first time.
Isn't that nice? :-P

In case you have not solved your problem yet: maybe you are dialing the
wrong region.
Here in Germany if you want to place a national call you start dialing (AREA
CODE) (LOCAL NUMBER). Area code is 0xxxx and starts with a 0.
Example for fictional number: Berlin, 123 456 789 - in advertisement this
number is usually written (030) 123 456 789.
(030: area code for Berlin)
Local call: 123 456 789
National call: 030 123 456 789
International call: 0049 30 123 456 789
Don't forget to drop the leading zero in the area code for international
calls. If you knew (and remembered), no flames please ;-)
