I don't know if it weighs less than 200g then the Royal Mail would do it
with Delivery Confirmation for just over £8 or $12. Amazon.co.uk seems to
be even cheaper with their highest delivery rate being £7. Of course as I
said there's the possible patch problems etc. to contend with.

Yeah, but adding $12 to a price of $11 gets me to $23 - just under the
lowest online price I found in the US. ;-)
