Details of how the actual punching works and is scored, etc, and not just
someone displaying their run-through. Very handy, especially if you already
played it once and now want to Press X To Not Die.

I get "focus follows gaze"?

Thanks. I've already beaten the game on Hard, but this guide still has
useful information.

Just tried the challenges based on simply the description of how the combat
works given in the beginning and did much better.
But the "too much time on his hands" award for Arkham Asylum probably goes
to jaric28 for http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XO3tSFPBlFE which is Part One
of Four of infinte-enemies-respawn hand-to-hand combat play. Four parts.
That's, like, 35 minutes of continuous play, including several segments with
200+ punches in a row without missing or getting hit. One of these days,
while waiting for a compile, I'll count how many people's legs and arms he
breaks.
