As I understand it, you also have to pay money if you actually want to
get treated. So if you happen to not have any money... that's too bad.
(Presumably if you have a serious medical problem, they just let you die.)
Fortunately, my problem isn't life-threatening. ;-)

That’s why they have house, no medical insurance. :)

Sometimes it helps to put BenGay, Vicks or some
sort of menthol rub on your neck, and then wear
a wool sock wrapped around your neck overnight
(attach with a safety pin).

Not in the UK, I'll admit to that. My wife set up an appointment with
her doctor, though, took about 3 days to get in to see her.
