The waitress that served my smoked medium kangaroo was cute, too. And
that kangaroo was incredibly good. Me likes.

I think he's saying that she resembles the waitress that was serving him
kangaroo meat (seriously? Kangaroo?) and mentioned that Kangaroo was
rather tasty.

I'm guessing Eero has recently visited Australia where kangaroo's are
considered an agricultural pest. (As opposed to the rest of the world
that considers them a fascinating novelty, not something to dine on or
eradicate)

Of course, I don't see any mention anywhere of people serving cane toad
legs...

What's wrong with kangaroo meat? It's not like it's an endangered species,
and I hear the meat is quite good (although I have never had the opportunity
to taste it myself).

Reminds me of wild boars: In many parts of the world (especially Europe)
wild boar meat is considered a delicacy, much like eg. deer or pheasant
meat. However, in other parts (I think precisely Australia is one of them)
wild boars are considered dirty scavenger.

Nope, I'm in central Finland and I walked from the restaurant to my
hotel room, red Andrew's post and replied. This was the second time I've
eaten kangaroo.

Hum... zebra should probably taste similar to horse, which is not too
bad (at least the horse sausage I once ate), so that's what I'd settle
for...

Probably more than on any other part of your body :-) (The gluteus

Ostrich is also pretty non-eventful, I can't imagine emu or giraffe being
too far from meats we eat regularly here. Crocodile sounds interesting
though, I will have to try it if I get a chance.

For suitable definition of "strongest":

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Muscle

(There's a section on strongest muscles.)

I'm liking the concept of the uterus being the strongest. But then, I
think I just like thinking about the uterus...

Between Minnesota and Virginia, good ol' boys have opposite preferences for
catfish versus (bluegill, pumpkinseed) sunfish. You might hear reference to
disfavored classes of people in regards to who eats the disfavored fish.

I don't think sausages are at all representative because they usually
stuff tons of spices in them.
