Ostrich is also pretty non-eventful, I can't imagine emu or giraffe being
too far from meats we eat regularly here. Crocodile sounds interesting
though, I will have to try it if I get a chance.

Between Minnesota and Virginia, good ol' boys have opposite preferences for
catfish versus (bluegill, pumpkinseed) sunfish. You might hear reference to
disfavored classes of people in regards to who eats the disfavored fish.
