Yes, /HTML Help/ is quite a lot better than HTML for this purpose.

Sure. After all the paging finishes, it probably takes about 0.75
seconds to perform the rest of the startup procedure. ;-)

and has more than a single core. And a graphics card who's drivers
aren't messed up.
