Most people just try to loose the pie kilos. ;-)

Daywatch and nightwatch were fabulous movies. So totally non-Hollywood in
their execution. I never got around to looking up what the russian words
written in chalk were saying - I'll have to watch that again.

Not impossible according to Murphy's Law. Both directions are uphill and
against the wind.

I just have to mention a few more things...
First, they included the best use of subtitles I have ever seen,
*anywhere*. The stylization made reading the subtitles *enjoyable*, for
crying out loud!
Second, the movies were made for about $4M US each! In other words,
each one cost less than half the original Star Wars, 30 years later!

For the second one, scroll down to the bottom and you'll see the UK
split up by city.
I don't mean to be rude by suggesting you move out, but you've brought
up your mother before, and it seems that you'd be happier living on your
own.

I'm a bit(ha!) chunky, and almost every day I walk 0.8 miles in under 15
minutes. That's on pace for 1.4 hours.
When I was in shape, I could have gone faster...

One other thing to know is that different types of carbs digest at different
speeds. There's a "glycemic index", where 100 is glucose (aka cane sugar),
<100 digests slower, >100 digests faster. Obviously you want low numbers.
Some surprising thought-to-be-healthy foods actually will screw with your
digestion as much or more than drinking a soda. Rice (at least white rice),
carrots, and a few others are worse than a spoon of sugar. Fructose actually
has a very low glycemic index, altho I don't know if the kind they use in
manufacturing is better than regular sugar. But if you want something
natural to scoop into your tea, fructose is much better for you that regular
sugar and tastes the same, for example.

Unfortunately I've never been able to spend more than 1 or 2 days actually
doing enjoyable things there, like travelling around for fun or
sight-seeing, the last couple of times I've been there have been various
reasons why I couldn't stay longer or go earlier to try and enjoy the
country. One day though :-)
