A small, incomplete C# app to play with FFTs.

It does require .NET framework 3.5 (Yes, its a big download... just do it!)

Some of the features don't work... UI is based off of the FFT Laboratory
Java applet.

I know I shouldn't be, but I'm shocked at how fast it actually updates.. :)

The sample is bad, since the forward transform scales, where the inverse
does not. Play with the bars on the bottom to do an iFFT, draw a
waveform on the top to play with an FFT...

Have fun.

I feel like I should be suspicious of an .exe posted by someone whose name I
haven't seen around here before.

Looks nice and is certainly fast enough here that it seems instantaneous.

You just need a 2D version now to play about with the FFT of images in real
time :-)

Sorry, It's me ... I thing I got a bit overzealous with my despamming of
my e-mail address :)

Boy did that post look suspicious.. lol.

The username almost screams "Try me I'm a spambot.. its the latest and
greatest virus that will turn your computer into a botnet zombie,
divorce you from your spouse, chew up your cats, borrow your car without
asking and then sell your house on eBay"

Somehow St recognized me..

Ah, well, in that case- wait, .NET framework?? o_O

OK, maybe not then. :-P

Oh, now c'mon... Do you have the 2.0 framework installed already? I
could probably retarget the project for the 2.0 framework. You'll need
the .NET framework for something eventually anyway. Be it a Silverlight
applet, some useful utility. My FFT toy...

I don't have any .NET components installed at all. And I don't plan on
changing. ;-)

OTOH, if you think that's bad, try convincing Windows users to download
and install the GTK+ runtime so they can run your cool toy. o_O

If only Haskell's libSDL binding would work on Windows... :-(
