Oh? Tell? I've only ever watched the speed run and played the demo, so I 
haven't heard the dialog and such.

But there are loads after loads of freakish monsters.  A chainsaw is about just
as useful and flexible as a hammer. :)

  I don't remember the exact text, but something about mixed up items on
a cargo ship bringing supplies to the Mars base.

  More a lampshade hanging than anything serious. :P

Note the effect of the shower head. He doesn't show how you can use traffic 
cones to blind the zombies or pick up bits of zombies you've cut off and jam 
them in the mouths of other zombies to keep them from biting you. :-)
