128 bytes of RAM in 1948.
30 years later the popular Atari 2600 was published, which had a whopping
amount of 128 bytes of RAM.
Not much of an improvement, I would say. :P

That included the program space.

No, it had >4K of RAM. It was just ROM RAM.

Invisible, do you actually USE POV-Ray for anything, or do you just come here to
stimulate our minds and torment us? Just curious...
I'd like to see some artwork of some sort :)

*checks*
Right. At this time, I do not actually have POV-Ray installed on this
PC. (I recently reinstalled Windoze. There's a bunch of things I haven't
put back yet.)
Most of my renderings are lame anyway. Have a wander through the IRTC
and see if you can ring "slush candle" (or was it "ice candle"?) You'll
see what I mean.
OTOH, I could enjoy rendering some more isosurfaces sometime soon...

Oh yeah, "Slush Candle" - I just looked it up and it's not lame. Now I remember
seeing it before - the "Fire and Ice" round; surprisingly I took first place
that round, even beating out the mighty Tek.

We need to start a support group for POV-Ray addicts who don't seem to
use POV-Ray much...
