Well, it looks like Yahoo's BoD successfully protected themselves from
Microsoft's attempts to pay them 30% more than they were worth.

In the 4th paragraph:
"...Microsoft is unlikely to return to sweet-talk Yahoo! anytime soon,
unless the market and shareholders punish Yang and his board for their
