You might try http://www.makoa.org/usenet.htm
they seem to have some of their favorites linked.
Look for a moderated group, if there are no rules
then newsgroups can get out of hand.
By the way, this is a group on the POV-Ray server.
http://www.povray.org/ maybe you knew that?
POV is free software that can take text descriptions
of objects and turn them into amazing pictures.
You might want to take a look...

You won't find them on this news server. :) It's exclusively for POV-Ray
and for the use of people who use POV-Ray. This is a "private" news
server, IOW, we don't carry any other feeds besides the POV-Ray related
stuff, and we do not supply feeds to the newsservers at large.
You may want to try googling Osteopathy forum, to see if you can find
any forums that match what you're looking for, usually those are well
moderated, and if a viagra ad makes it through, it usually won't last
long, if the mods aren't sleeping. I haven't visited a newsgroup in
years, simply because unmoderated = spam, and most newsgroups are
unmoderated.
Hope that helps ...
