Hey, middle-aged men can be cute... I'm just saying...... ;)
And THAT reminds me of discussions around Grandma's kitchen table years
and years ago, with a bunch of family members debating whether or not
being a smartass was in fact a family trait, like grey eyes...
Yep, pretty sure it is.

No.
Actually I don't see what there is to forgive. And when does middle age become
old age?

To continue the Nigerian connection (What do you have for me? :). We must be of
the same tribe. (Shaw is a lowland name, here)

Middle age: When you start trimming your ear hair.
Old age: When you stop trimming your ear hair.

It's not feature creep if you put it
at the end and adjust the release date.

In the interest of full disclosure, Shaw is my late husband's name. I
actually started out as a McGuire. (Which, I think, is probably Gaelic
for "tall grey-eyed smartass of the woods..)

It must be so (going by all the ones I've met). :)
Sorry to hear about your loss.

Thanks for your kind thoughts.
Sorry it took me so long to reply...Between finals (went back to school
to try to get myself back into the job market), the holidays (always
busy and always rough, even without my husband having passed away 3 days
before [the silly US holiday of] Thanksgiving 2005), I've sadly let
things get away from me yet again...
As the bumper sticker says (more or less), "Stuff happens." Here's my
advice to the young & foolish among us--NEVER, NEVER, NEVER pass up the
opportunity to say "I love you" to the one you love...
Thanks again, Stephen. Wish I could give you a big ol' hug in person.

I don't know what is worse. Back to school or re-entering the job market. I wish
you all the luck that you need.

They say, "It's what you've not done that you regret most".

Err, I'm not really a huggy type of person. I tend to turn them into hip throws
which can be embarrassing when you just meet someone. But I appreciate the
thought. {BTW If you are ever in London}
Ech! Girls! :)

Stephen
