Google has changed the official Android[TM] color. AndroidRobot 4.0 is
updated with the new color.

There is another change that won't affect renders, but can save typing.
When Karl Ostmo uploaded version 1.0 of this module, he included a file
droid.pov. Since he had marked the module as non-compliant, I thought
nothing of it; but earlier this year I discovered that "droid" was
registered as the short prefix, presumably by Karl, as I have no memory
of doing so.

Then the other day, while searching my files for URLs to be upgraded to
HTTPS, I discovered the color change. Upgrading AndroidRobot with the
new color gave me the excuse to reinstate the short prefix, as well as
update the User Manual to clarify a licensing issue specific to this module.

Caveat: The standard Object Collection README file says that you may
use images that you generate using these files without restriction. As
the Android robot is trademarked, this is obviously not true for this
particular module. Please see the User Manual for more information.
