It seems that currently if you click on the "View all feedback" link
for a particular submission, only the feedback for that exact version
of the submission in question is shown.

  I think it would be much better if all the feedback for all the
versions of the submission would be shown, in increasing cronological
order. Each feedback entry could show which version of the submission
it was given for.

  This way it would be much easier to see the entire feedback history
for a given submission.

  (Perhaps if the newest feedback is not for the latest version of the
submission,the "View all feedback" page could show a note about this
at the end of the feedbacks. Something along the lines of "note that
the current version of the library is x.y" or something like that.)
