Always one to second-guess myself, I wrote a macro that enables me to second-
guess myself with one line of code.  It is part of RC3Metal version 1.1.  To
make the above adjustment in RC3Metal 1.1, use:

   RC3Metal_Set_functions (0.0, 1.0)
