I am looking for a lightweight bitmap viewer (freeware, Windows)  that will
intelligently load a very large bitmap .. say 10,000 by 10,000 pixels,
produced by Povray. Zoom and pan would be nice too.

Traditional viewers like IrfanView try to load the bitmap into memory all at
once .. this leads to a long delay in the load, and it may crash if the
bitmpa is too large. It is logically possible to load the section to be
viewed on demand, and I am wondering if anyone knows of any free Windows
software that will do this
