You may need to be a little more precise. I'm assuming you don't mean the
sort that babies get, but do you mean objects being distorted (flags, trees
etc.) or swirling dust clouds, or some sort of meteorological modelling?

I saw once a incredible work on cloud visualization on this web site, there
was a page of povray renderings of clouds, really impressive.
There are big (~200 Mb) animations too, but I haven't download any.
