Just a small question from a newbie

Given a glass-prism and a ray of white light. Will the prism split the
lightbeam correctly into its constituent colors?

Spin-off questions would then be if I can specify colors as a table of
wavelengths and relative intensities?

How about HSV or CIELAB values?

Does POV-Ray know Monochromatic light?

I think there are macros in colors.inc for converting to and from HSV. i
have never used them though.
