I am using PovRay for biological images, and the iamges although very cool
are also very fuzzy around the edges.
I need a really sharp clean finish, any help would be great
Thanks
Richard

It is hard to help without images. Could you post image to
povray.binaries.images with marked what you do not like ?

Hey Richard!
Just to make sure: Did you use Anti-Aliasing? If not, do the following:
If you are using the Windows version:
There is a list where you can chose the resolution of the final image (just
below the buttons for "New" and "Open"). Chose an entry which says "AA 0.3"
instead of "No AA".
If you are using the *nix/linux/whatever command-line version, just add
"+A0.3" to the parameters you pass to POV-Ray.
You may also want to read the following section of the documentation:
"5.2.6.4 Anti-Aliasing Options"
HTH,
Florian

It sounds like an AA problem. Unfortunately, from your description, it's hard to
tell whether you've got AA on and want it off, or got it off but want it on.....
