Thanks in advance

"space scane" is very complex topic. What you mean as space ? Far look at
galaxy ? Spaceship in close zoom ? In general best tutorial is studying other
scenes. Take a look at http://www.irtc.org/stills/index.html for various
topics of irtc competition. Some of them contains space scenes with sources.
For example look in http://www.irtc.org/search/ for 'galaxy' keyword.

What exact problem you have ? Have you tried sample scenes ? Have you read
documentation how to render with POV-Ray ? What error message ? What operating
system ?

You should learn the correct terminology to avoid misunderstandings.

"Patch" is known as a different version of POV-Ray, where someone has
added (or modified existing) code (C, or C++ in the case of 3.5) which does
something POV-Ray does not normally support by itself.
What you downloaded is an include file. (Some people would call it "plugin"
but I personally am against that term.)

How about reading the help files which came with it?
