You mean a polished sphere? Shiny?
For that you need to give, in the finish block, a high specular value (say, 0.6)
and low roughness value (0.01 or even less). You can also use phong and
phong_size, but I prefer specular.
Highly polished surfaces are also reflective, so you might want to add a
reflection value. How high is very much dependent on the type of surface (metal,
plastic, etc).
Tinker with it.
