There is unfortunately no converter from POV to Moray. You must either make the
whole scene in Moray, or make an .inc file of your hand-generated POV script and
#include it to the POV script exported from Moray (several programs, including
Moray, can _export_ to POV format).

Go here and get the  pov2mdl  converter, it does only POV 2.* is only
problem but a version directive can be used (look up #version in the
POV-Ray help):
