Does the linux version of povray have a gui under Xfree86? or is it
command line? any other info on the linux version would be appreciated,
such as speed, etc...

Hi Ross,
The Redhat Power-Tools CD has a program called xfpovray that is an X
front end for povray. It seems to be fairly useful to me.
rpm -i tells me that more information can be found at:
http://cspar.uah.edu/~mallozzir/html/xfpovray.html

There's also a very nice POV-frontend called POV-motif which you can find
here:
http://www.cmpu.net/public/wdh/pov_motif/
It's designed to look like the win95 version of POV, check it out it's really
nice...
