Bishop3D is an interactive modeler and animation tool designed and built to 
work with POV-Ray. Among many other features, it offers native keyframing 
animation support, native POV-Ray SDL import capability

POV-Ray 3.6.

Bishop3D has been publicly beta tested for more than a year and the latest 
version (Bishop3D 1.0.2.8 beta) has just been made available for download.
