I have just put on-line a set of subdivision macros that are improved
over the old ones. The major change is that they support polygons with
any number of sides (well, at least three; the maximum depends on how
big a POV-Ray array can be).
Other changes:
* Texture mapping is properly subdivided, instead of being interpolated.
* Border corners are treated like corners instead of like crease points.
