Changes:
- fixed a few bugs in the preview window resulting in a much, much
faster update.
- preferences panel >> "Image & quality' >> "Image Size" section:
fixed several bugs when adjusting partial image sizes.
- source cleaup

Based on 3.7.0 because this is the last official release.
3.7.1-alpha 8600570 is ready but I want to make sure that the last bugs
are out of the GUI!
So 3.7.1-alpha >8600570 is coming soon.
