I have a few thai fonts on my computer... And have  down loaded allot
and tossed them because when i try to use them with the text object it
comes out as english... Are there any true type fonts ( in thai ) that
will work with pov mega version... ??

I don't know about macintosh section but have you checked

Well, that is what you get when you enter English letters...  What you need
to do is to enter the Unicode equivalent of the characters you want, which
is of course easier when using an editor that writes the required file
format (i.e. BBEdit).

hmmm... so use bbedit to write the pov file than render the file... ?? how
would i know the Unicode characters to type in... ??

By using the same font to display the text in BBEdit?  All you have to do is
to set the correct encoding in the scene file and then save the file as
UTF-8.

how exactly do i set the correct encoding... ?? also the font i am using for
pov and the thai font on my system are different because pov will not read mac
ttf and my mac font folder will not accept windows ttf... i will keep trying...
