The file size of the ttf fonts in that image is too big to send 
by e-mail (and it might not be free).

As Gilles pointed out, you can use arialuni.ttf if you have it.

If you don't have, free fonts (minp*.ttc and gotp*.ttc) are availavle from
http://www.dynalab.co.jp/download/demo/kakou.html
Those fonts have only basic characters but it would be ok for the test.
