Hello. Whenever I try to render a file I get a message that says "Parse
Error. Cannot open include file lg_color.inc." I don't know how to fix
the error.

Two things:

(1) have you installed LDraw correctly, and
(2) is the path set in POVRAY.INI correct?

That mean that POV-Ray can't find the file.
Possible fixes :
1) Place that file in the include folder.
2) Place the file in some other folder and make sure that the path for 
that folder is present in the folder list of povray.ini
AND, make sure that permission to access that folder is granted in 
pvengine.ini.
