Hi people,
does anybody have an idea how to reduce or even eliminate these interference
when rendering df3-files?

My first guess would be that you've not included enough buffer voxels at
zero values at the sides of the df3. There are issues with interpolation
there. A second guess - with media perhaps not enough initial samples
(sometimes the adaptive media 3 bit doesn't work properly).

While largely created for a set of proposed df3 changes/enhancements see
the wiki:

The wiki covers too a set of known issues with the density file pattern
in POV-Ray v3.7 / v3.8.

That looks like the media sampling is missing some part of the pattern.
So, try using more samples.
The default is 10 samples. That may not be enough. If that's emissive
media, samples 100 is still quite fast.
Increase by steps of 10 until those glitches go away.
