Someone should put their foot down and post a theme.

I guess you've got your theme right there:
"One Step Forward"
Happy rendering :)

"Two steps backwards." Might be more appropriate. :)

Hi:
Here is my proposal to narrow down the terms a bit. Instead of leaving a
topic for our disgruntled brains to slowly wear out, post an already
existing real picture of what you like most as a starting point. The one
who comes closest to the original, or reinterprets it in an original way
wins. This limits the emotional wear and tear of raising a new scene
instead of targeting an open topic.
Keep in mind that English is not my first language and I used a
translator to write this. No irony.
Regards,
B. Gimeno

"Light in the Loafers" then. :D
Wide open to (mis)interpretation ;)
We can have everything from Fred Astair dancing under a streetlamp to a Liberace
tune, to a bakery scene, to light-up sneakers in a shoe store, to college
students waking up at their desk after an all-nighter, or workmen shirking their
duties on a sunny day.

Don't you start on Mornington Crescent. It is enough with Jim Henderson,
over in OT. ;)

The above was a reference to the traditional folk song, Mairi's Wedding.
A good beginning for an adventure. :)

And your choice is? ;)

I might just have to get the big bottle of Beefeater, make myself a very large
gin & tonic, fire up NGPlant, and go with:
"Ye Olde Lyte in the Low Firs"
(possibly with a bit of Citrus latifolia hiding in their midst, and a Cinchona
officinalis here and there...)
:P
