Hi

I am new in POV-Ray. Is it possible to modify the camera? for example If I want
to put a pixel based binary filter in front of the camera. Or any other type of
modification. So is there any file corresponds to camera which could be
modified?

Hopefully you've explored:

towards the bottom of the page there is a section "Camera Ray 
Perturbation", but I don't think that's what you're after ... Focal Blur 
has a bokeh feature ... maybe? The "Mesh projection" /might/ be the 
answer. Also be sure to check out ~scenes/camera that comes with the 
distribution.

perhaps i should also mention that the last two features I mentioned are 
v3.7 only

you could place a partially transparent object in front
of the camera (although it sounds like something might want
to do in 2d processing afterwards). To figure out the
coordinates have a look at screen.inc.

Thanks for your help. Do you know if it's possible to modify the distributions
of mesh camera?

Chris Cason implemented the feature ... he's a pretty busy guy and 
doesn't always get a chance to sift through ALL the posts, so I'll ping 
him an see if he can offer a little input

I'm not entirely sure what you mean by the above, but there's a good
chance the mesh camera can do what you want to achieve. The origin
point and ray direction for each pixel of the final image can be
individually set to wherever you want them to be. However it's
generally up to the scene author to do the maths required to determine
these co-ordinates and vectors.

Thank you for your help...
Is there any place that I can find more information and examples about the mesh
camera ...
I want a 3d image like the one that can be produced by distribution #1, but
instead of the final image being divided to left and right ((width * height *
ray_number) + pixel_number), I want them to be interlaced something like :
2 * (pixel_number-1) + ray_number

have you looked at the distribution scene files in 
~scenes/camera/mesh_camera ... the author of this blog entry is the 
contributor of those files:
