What is the purpose of asking the user where they want POV-Ray delivered if
you're just going to use the "C:\Users\Admin\Documents\POV-Ray\v3.6" folder to
hold all POV-Ray's subfolders anyway?!? Did you guys turn MicroSuck or
something? I mean, why ask where we want it delivered if you're not going to
use what we choose as the base directory??? Pfffftttt

The installer was changed because of issues with Vista,
if you are running under Vista, please be aware that
User Account Control (yuck) may redirect installs, even
though you are logged on as a user with admin privledges.
To elevate the installer manually you should run the installer
from a command prompt as admin...
or you could search for a powertoy to add run as admin
to the right-click menu for .msi extentions.
That's right, as a user in Vista there's no way to elevate
privledges for a .msi installer from withing the GUI part
of the OS.

Actually, that might be a good reason to provide the
installer in exe format.
