Hello,
I wonder if there is a possibility to generate an output picture with a
transparent gradient layer. The gradient dimensions are connected to the picture
dimension not the picture content. If yes, how to do it?

Thanks in advance.

twister

I think I was misreading what you wanted, so I thought of it differently
after rereading and now I believe you're asking about adding the gradient
into the render output and not of an image_map used in a pigment by simply
layering a texture over it.

For adding it to the render output of your scene file instead look at the
example at scenes\incdemo\screen.pov which shows a way to put something in
front of the camera to cover the entire scene being rendered.
