I find very useful the parameters of rad_def_inc.
I think it would be useful to add those specific to the HDR image_map.

For example:
#declare Radiosity_HdrLQ = ...
#declare Radiosity_HdrHQ = ...

Obviously it would be for Megapov or POV-Ray 3.7

What parameters suggested?
