I was wondering if it were possible to render fractal frames in POV-Ray. I just
discovered them recently (they're awesome!) and would like to play around with
them.

I know there's dedicated software for creating them. I was just curious if it
were possible to make them in POV-Ray (I have some doubts because they're so
"feathery").
