I consider the following a small annoyance which could be a bug.

1. Open a file, modify it, do NOT save, and click 'Run'.
2. Select to save the file, but do not check the box to always save this
session only.
3. Modify the file again, and do not save.
4. In the output render window, select a region to render.
It will automatically save and render and will not ask you to save.
5. Modify the file again, and do not save. Click run.
Now, you are not prompted to save, but it automatically saves it, even
though you did not check the 'Always save this session only' check box.
