I am putting together a gallery of pictures created in Wings3d
and rendered in Povray... Here is the beginning

--------------------------------------------
Wings3d is a poly/Subdivison surfaces
modeller that has developed quite a following
before even its first stable release.
More info can be found at http://www.wings3d.com

wings-povexport is a plugin I have been writing to export
Mesh2 files from Wings3d. details are here

To Rotoscope in wings you can use the Image Primative....
It Works Best With 24 bit images in BMP, TIF, OR TGA formats.
Square images work best and if you use a power of 2 number
of pixels like 512x512 you can't go wrong. (anything that
OpenGL likes wings likes)...

The Image primative can be selected on the right click menu
when there is no selection...

Images are scaled then moved into place... You can lock
them using the objects window in the window menu.

A bit of work but thats how you do it.
