Hey, Everyone!
Well, More than once I've found myself experimenting for ours on
different finishes. (and normals). Sometimes I didn't even notice any
change. Roughness for example, is a very small number. I changed it to a
huge one comparing to the default, and I didn't notice any serious
change.
Maybe the list of finishes already exists somewhere, and if not, it
might be a good contribution for the documentation.
Finish Name:

The finish also effects The:

The least I can do is to list the Finishes:

Caustics
Crand
Diffuse

Reflection
Roughness (?)
Specular

Of course not, if you don't use specular.

I think you got something wrong there, the mentioned parameters are not
'finishes' but different aspects of a finish you can vary. Read the docs
about the meaning of each of them and maybe have a look at the
corresponding insert menu item (in Povray 3.5) which gives a short
summary.

Maybe it would be a good contribution to your knowledge to read the
documentation? ;-)
Right now it is easy to tell that you did apparently never read it at all,
because it explains each and every keyword of each and every object,
texture, media, finish, pigment, etc, etc, etc. So how can you possibly
*ask* for such a list???
