No, not at all.  These are the Usenet remains of someone who used to
illegally take feed from this server and distributing it in Usenet.  This
way stopped long ago and trying to post there will have no effect on this
server, which is private and local.  This server neither takes feed from
Usenet nor is it allowed to distribute messages on this server on Usenet.
