Hi,
is there some way to open/import *.dwg file into povray (I doubt) or just
to view it (under win32 using some free/trial/share -ware ?)

It is very simple to find free viewer from Autodesk, thought there are viewers
from other companies, too. See http://www.google.com/search?q=free+dwg+viewer
