In IRTC stills - is there some chance to send source code before dead
line, *but* final .jpg image - few hours after dead-line ?
Or - can I send small like 160x120 version of image, and abou 12 h later -
send full 640x480 version ?

Radiosity + Area_light + focal_blur is so slow :-(

PS. image will shurley not win anything, but I'm interesting in comments /
points it will get :)

You have about a month and a half between new topic announcement &
due-date.
I tend to have this same problem in the end as well. Best solution, is try
to
make the most of your modeling every day, and leave your box rendering all
night when you sleep for those long tests.

The true submission deadline is sometime between about 7 AM and 10 AM the
morning after the "official" deadline. At that time, you need to have
your textfile and final image submitted, since that's when the person
running the contest creates the thumbnail images, web voting pages, and
WinVote packages for the round.
