My news reader isn't picking up any new articles, nor allowing me to read
old ones. I hope this is just a temporary problem, and that our pov
benefactors have not been overcome with difficulties.
  I miss reading posts! :)

You must do whatever it is that your newsreader needs to tell it that the
acticles have been re-numbered. We installed different news server software.
