I have added a gamut mapping method that preserves the luminance (gray
level) of out-of-gamut colors.  I have also made the previous gamut
mapping method faster; and to forestall a proliferation of source files
that are mostly identical, I have merged the gamut mapping methods into
the one file SpectralRender.inc.  The file SpectralRender-gm2.inc now
just refers back to SpectralRender.inc.
