Is the source for the Christmas Baubles image ( POV-Ray showcase ) available
to have a look at?

Hmmm... did I never release that? Must be no one asked before... you do
have an interest in anything specifically, or just the whole scene?

Is one of your most captivating images.
Making public the source made it clear your superiority, of course.
:-)

The reasons for wanting to see the source :

1 ) It's just WOW! I mean WOW!
2 ) I was interested to see what algorythm was used to generate the tinsel.
3 ) It looks like the reflections are showing a kitchen area, and I wanted
to know if was it a plane or a model.

Hope thats enough. Obviously you wouldn't have to release the source to
answer my questions.

   Thanks!

The tinsel is the only CSG on that scene, as the baubles are a Wings3D
objects. It's very tricky, as I created a spline in a loop, from one side to
the other, while using trace() to lay it on the y axis following the balls
profiles. Then I placed a bunch of simple objects following the spline.

That's a sphere using a HDRI, the kitchen one from Paul Debevec.

Are you sure? ;) ...I feel it's easier for me to show you the dirty code,
rather than to try to explain how it works. I will clean a bit the files,
add some comments and publish a zip on my site... real soon, I promise.
