"imagekind.com" does a very nice job, but they're a bit pricey.
Personally, I avoid Zazzle like the plague. (But hey, if "Merch for the Masses"
expresses someone else's grand vision for how his or her artwork should relate
to the larger world, more power to 'em.)
If anyone out there has an unqualified recommendation for a large format fine
art printing company (Giclee) I would be interested as well.
